• Fire and Emergency Services consists of two stations, a Fire Chief,  Fire Prevention Officer, and a Municipal Services Assistant. They are responsible for burn permits and fire inspections along with emergency preparedness and emergency management.

The Corporate Services Department is responsible for Council Agendas and Minutes, Boards and Committees, By-laws, Policies, Licenses, Customer Service, Marriages, Vital Statistics, Records Management, Freedom of Information, Commissioner for Taking Affidavits, Municipal Elections, Information Technology, Communications, Canine Control, Line Fences, and Cemeteries.

The Environmental Services department is responsible for the operation and maintenance of all water and sewage treatment systems within the Villages of Markdale, Flesherton, and Kimberley-Amik.

This department is also responsible for three waste and diversion Sites, waste and recycling and curbside waste pickup.
