Request for Tender - Pickleball Facility

The Municipality of Grey Highlands is seeking qualified and experienced Design–Build Contractors to deliver a complete, turn‑key outdoor pickleball facility consisting of four (4) regulation courts, including all associated design, engineering, site preparation, construction, quality control, and commissioning requirements. The work must meet Pickleball Canada and International Federation of Pickleball (IFP) standards, as well as all applicable provincial, federal, and municipal regulations.

The location of the courts will be behind the Flesherton & District Arena.

The tender closes March 24 2026 at 2pm.
