Grey Highlands is seeking a Human Resources & Health & Safety Coordinator to join our team in a full-time, permanent role. This position supports HR operations and leads health and safety initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and training
  • Maintain HRIS and personnel records
  • Support WSIB and wellness programs
  • Administer Health & Safety policies and compliance

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in HR or Occupational Health & Safety
  • CHRP or CRSP designation preferred
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
