Grey Highlands is seeking a Human Resources & Health & Safety Coordinator to join our team in a full-time, permanent role. This position supports HR operations and leads health and safety initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and training
- Maintain HRIS and personnel records
- Support WSIB and wellness programs
- Administer Health & Safety policies and compliance
Qualifications:
- Diploma in HR or Occupational Health & Safety
- CHRP or CRSP designation preferred
- 3+ years of relevant experience
