Located in the heart of Flesherton across from the Arena, the facility boasts a newly renovated kitchen area that is fully stocked (including a dishwasher), a separate bar area, tables and chairs, a stage with podium, and a built in sound system. The hall is fully accessible and air conditioned.

The Maxwell Community Centre is a non-profit entity managed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Rental fees are invested back into the centre and help offset costs associated with maintenance, repairs, and cleaning. Rental rates are offered separately for the kitchen, main floor and bowling alley depending on specific needs.
The kitchen is equipped with two stoves, a cooler, a freezer, and a dishwasher. Coffee makers, dishes, trays, and other amenities are also available. The large kitchen is suitable for meetings and meals for groups of approximately 20.
The main floor area has a stage and sound system, and tables and chairs. The lower level has a 2-lane, 5-pin bowling alley. At the rear of the facility there is a large yard with roofed pavilions and picnic tables.
