Downtown Markdale Requests for Expressions of Interest

On September 16th, 2020, Grey Highlands’ Council approved the issuing of a Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEI) for visioning and concept development for the Municipally owned property in downtown Markdale. Council further directed that the RFEI include an inclusive community engagement process to help direct private and public investment strategies, to provide a framework for a plan that balances the principles of healthy communities with natural heritage conservation, and support overall economic development objectives.
