To amend the Municipality of Grey Highlands Comprehensive Zoning By-law No. 2004-50 to rezone the subject lands to permit development on a private road; to permit an increase in height of the addition and to recognize existing buildings and structures on site as of the date of passage of this By-law.

To amend the Municipality of Grey Highlands Comprehensive Zoning By-law No. 2004-50 to implement a condition of Consent B21.2017 to recognize the severed and retained parcels.  

 

Davies, Christopher and Kristin - 107 South Shore Road - Z34.2017

To amend the Municipality of Grey Highlands Comprehensive Zoning By-law No. 2004-50 to rezone a portion of the subject lands to permit development of an accessory structure on a private road and to increase the Maximum Lot Coverage from a permitted 5% to a required 5.8%

 

Manassa B. Hoover - 307315 Centre Line - A17.2017

To vary the provision of Section 5.28 of the Municipality of Grey Highlands Zoning By-law No. 2013-17 to permit a secondary unit on the subject lands; AND to vary the provisions of Section 6.1.1 a) of the Comprehensive Zoning By-law No. 2004-50 to permit an additional use being a secondary unit on the subject lands and Section 3.1.2 d) of the Comprehensive Zoning By-law No. 2004-50 to recognize a reduced front yard setback of 11.5 metres. 

1066517 Ontario Inc. - 105 Toronto Street - B22.2017

The purpose of the consent is twofold:
To sever a parcel of land (Part 2) measuring 1.3 hectares in lot area with a frontage of 52 metres onto Toronto Street; to convey these lands with an adjacent parcel (103 Toronto St. S, Part 5); and to retain a parcel of land measuring 35.5 hectares in lot area with a frontage of 20 metres onto Toronto Street, AND:
To create an easement for storm water management purposes on an irregular shaped parcel of land (Part 3) with a lot area of 0.20 hectares.

 

BeCraft Inc. - 427477 8th Concession A - Z33.2017

To amend the Municipality of Grey Highlands Comprehensive Zoning By-law No. 2004-50 to rezone a portion of the subject lands to permit a small scale metal works shop on the subject property. 

 

Dahle, Christopher and Rebecca - 110 Sunset Point - Z31.2017, Z32.2017

Z31.2017 - To amend the Municipality of Grey Highlands Comprehensive Zoning By-law No. 2004-50 to rezone the subject lands to recognize development on a private road; to increase the lot coverage from 15% to 20% for a single detached dwelling, to reduce the lot coverage for an accessory structure from 5% to 0% and to reduce the rear yard setback from 30 metres to 24 metres. 

Z32.2017 To amend the Municipality of Grey Highlands Comprehensive Zoning By-law 2004-50 to remove the holding provision from a portion of the subject lands to permit a single detached dwelling unit, accessory structure and private services on the subject property.

 

Legree, Brian and Jayne - 109 Hawthorn Lane (Part lots 9 & 10, Plan 2)_Z16.2017 

To amend the zoning of the subject property to allow for 13 existing campsites. 

 

Markdale Country Club, 85 Edith Street_OP01.2017, Z11.2017

The purpose of the offical plan application is to re-designate a portion of the subject lands from the Open Space Area to the Neighbourhood Area to permit a fourteen (14) unit townhouse development on a portion of the golf course lands. The proposed residential units would be offered as life lease units with each unit being located on an individual land lease. The owner (Markdale Golf and Country Club) would retain ownership and management responsibility for the entire development site.

The purpose of the zoning by-law application is to rezone a portion of the subject lands from the Open Space (OS-10) zone to the Residential Multiple (RM-XX) zone and Open Space (OS-XX) zone. There will be site specific exemptions to implement the proposed residential development and permit storm water management.

 

2544540 Ontario Inc. - 105 Margaret Street Elizabeth Markdale - Z08.2017 & SUBD01.2017

The County and the Municipality are seeking input on development applications to consider allowing for a Plan of Subdivision for a proposed 55 unit residential townhouse development. The applicant has also applied for a corresponding Zoning By-law Amendment for the Municipality of Grey Highlands to rezone the lands from the Residential Multiple (RM) zone to the Residential Multiple with exceptions (RM-287 and RM-288) zone to accommodate the proposed development layout. The exceptions will identify reduced lot frontage and reduced lot coverage on specific lots. 

 

Beaver Valley Village Development - Part of Lots 1 and 2, Concession 6 (Euphrasia)

To amend the Municipality of Grey Highlands Comprehensive Zoning By-law No. 2004-50 to rezone the subject lands to implement a Plan of Subdivision (File: SUBD 42-2007-16). The subdivision would include 17 single detached residential lots with Phase 1 including seven (7) lots with frontage onto Bowles Bluff Road, and a Phase 2 with ten (10) single detached lots having frontage on a future internal road. The draft plan includes a future development block, public road allowance and storm water management. A Holding Provision is included on the Phase 2 lands which would be lifted subject to the required groundwater monitoring. 


1066517 Ontario Inc. - Pt Lot 102, Concession 1 Markdale - Z33.2016, OP02.2016, B22.2017
